I have experience as a corporate trainer, manager, freelance journalist, and real estate and mortgage specialist. I have also spent over ten years as a full-time UFO researcher and writer. My bachelor's degree is in industrial and organizational psychology, focusing on principles and research methods to improve the work environment, including performance, communication, professional satisfaction, and safety.
